The first of it's kind, Green Coffee Accelerator Cohort is launching to help coffee exporters, importers and roasters get off the ground. This is designed for small to medium startups looking for personal business and vertical integration in the coffee market.

Perhaps you are at origin and want to export to consuming markets. Or you may be in a consuming market and desire to bring from origin to sell green or sell roasted coffee locally. This Coffee Accelerator Cohort may be for you as an exporter, importer or even coffee roaster.

From October 1st to December 15th, 2025 this 10 week program is designed to guide you to personally create a number of key items in your business planning or business operations. You may be just starting (with the plans) or you may be operational (looking for efficiencies). Together we will:

• Weekly Workshops and Training sessions on pertinent like importing, exporting, business planning, financial strategy, product development, marketing, sales, fundraising, and scaling.

• One-on-One Coaching with regular check-ins to monitor progress and overcome challenges.

• Curriculum and Program with structured timelines and milestones, custom tailored to your business plans and goals. Flexible time commitments to fit your needs.

• Focussed on Growth over a 10-week period, emphasizes rapid growth, customer acquisition, product-market fit, and scaling.

• Co-Work to Share Resources you are expected to collaborate during the program.

• Final Pitch Event we will publicly (together and recorded) present our pitch - a.k.a. "Demo Day.
