Train Sensory Skills,
Explore Specialty Coffee.

Designed for coffee fans looking for a new tastebud experience and for coffee professionals who seek to continue growing - distinguishing between the subtleties of fragrance, aroma, body, acidity, mouthfeel and overall coffee quality.

Coffees are roasted on the same machine, same day, same roast master, and with similar methods to ensure that you get the highest quality scientifically traceable sensory experience in your cupping, brewing and tasting.

Includes cupping sheets and a cupping spoon.

Coffee sourced from friends like: Royal Crown Jewels, Genuine Origin, Cuatro Vientos and Victory Java.

Beautiful Kasuya style black on black porcelain cupping bowls are designed for Specialty Coffee Association Arabica and Robusta standards at 200ml capacity. Enjoy quick reference per SCA Cupping Protocol Standards:

• Arabica cupping standard 11g coffee : 1:18 brew ratio.

• Robusta cupping standard 10g coffee : 1:20 brew ratio.

These coffee cupping bowls can be purchased separately or as a set.

The benefit of using black porcelain cupping bowls is that roast level (brew color) is almost entirely disguised. Cupping inside a black bowl has a similar effect of dimming lights and wearing red sensory colored lenses as the brown shades become nearly indistinguishable - which means you can focus even more on sensory analysis alone without being led (or biased) due to color expectations.

A scent alphabet to help you memorize the aromas in coffee. This core kit of aromas plays a pivotal role in all certified SCA Sensory courses as well as CQI Q- and R- Grader courses. Mastery of these aromas is a prerequisite for certified coffee professionals, traders, roasters and competitors.

A Must-Have for coffee professionals!

• Note that some locations globally restrict aroma vial shipments, please check your location and customs requirements in advance.
