The SCA Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) Course is designed for experienced cuppers who have strong familiarity and use of the 2004 SCA / SCAA Cupping Form. This course was developed after much research and feedback in the coffee industry, led by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) to be thoughtfully crafted for professionals in the coffee industry, including traders, green coffee buyers, and quality-control managers.

This course is in-person - located in the ROCC Coffee Lab, Tigard, Portland, Oregon, USA (unless otherwise noted). This is NOT an online course.
